1. Scope Of Application Of The Terms

1.1.1 "Customer" refers to consumers who do not purchase products for commercial purposes;
1.1.2 "You" refers to the customer who submits the product order;
1.1.3 "Product" refers to the products supplied in accordance with this clause;
1.1.4 "Party" refers to either you or us; Both parties "refer to you and us;

1.2 When you submit the order and complete the payment, the product sales contract ("Contract") is established. All orders depend on whether we have inventory.

2. Orders And Related Matters
2.1 You can place an order through this website. The costs incurred due to linking to this website shall be borne by you.
2.2 When placing an order, you need to fill in the required fields on the order.
2.3 If the connection to this website fails due to prolonged inactivity, your product selection may be lost. In this case, you will need to re-enter your selection.
2.4 Before submitting the order, you will have the opportunity to review your choices, check the total price of the order, and correct any input errors. You agree that the information provided in your order is true, accurate, and not misleading in any way. If there are any changes to such information, or if you find that such information is untrue, incomplete, or inaccurate at any time, you should immediately notify us. If the information you provide is untrue, incomplete, or inaccurate, resulting in us being unable to provide the corresponding service, you shall bear all losses incurred as a result.
2.5 If you are purchasing products for others, you should ensure that you have legal authorization to provide product recipient information (including product recipient's name, phone number, and address), and guarantee that such information is true, accurate, and not misleading in all aspects. Regarding the recipient information you provided for this product, you have obtained the consent of the relevant product recipient. 2.6 After you submit the order, we will charge you for the product, and the contract will be established after you pay the price. We will promptly confirm your order by sending a confirmation email or text message. After shipment, we will notify you via SMS or email.
2.7 If you have already paid the price but there is a shortage, inaccurate pricing, or other incorrect description, we will notify you as soon as possible and negotiate with you accordingly. If you cancel the order, we will refund all payments you made for the product.
2.8 Sales Restrictions Clause
The product is only sold to end consumers, individuals (consumers) for their personal use or as gifts. Prohibit any commercial activities, especially any resellers or intermediaries acting in the name and on behalf of resellers.
In order to ensure that we can provide better services and have a better supply of our products, we have imposed the following restrictions on the purchase quantity of our products:
2.8.1 A single account cannot purchase more than 3 identical products per day;
2.8.2 Within 4 consecutive weeks, a single account cannot (i) purchase more than 8 products of the same type; (ii) Purchase more than 3 identical products; Or (iii) engage in more than 12 transactions of any product;
2.8.3 Within 12 consecutive months, it is not allowed to purchase more than 20 products of the same type.
If you do not comply with the above restrictions, our customer service may refuse any orders or transactions with you for a period of 2 years from the date of your last purchase.
2.9 Regardless of any contrary provisions in this article, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, and terminate orders at any time for legitimate reasons. For example, if there is a persistent dispute over payment for a previous order, or if we suspect that you have violated these sales terms, we may refuse, terminate, or cancel your order. If the personal information of the order contains reactionary or illegal remarks, we also reserve the right not to accept or reject the order.
2.10 Customer review and confirmation of orders

3. Product Price
All pricing units are reasonable and do not accept bargaining. If you find it unreasonable, please do not place an order for purchase.
4. Payment Method
Before shipping the product to you, you must make payment through a credit card or bank (provided that you are the legal holder of the payment bank's credit card account). The payment amount must be made in full based on the order amount. The name of the holder of the bank account or credit card account must match the name of the person placing the order.Support Debit Card, Credit Card, and PayPal account payments for major banks worldwide, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Japan Credit Bureau.
5. Account Registration; Personal Information
5.1 To place an order through this website, you or the company or individual you represent must create an Eajewel account. To create your Eajewel account, you need to provide the latest valid personal information, such as your name, surname, phone number, and email address, and confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority.
5.2 And you are responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of your password and account login at all times. We are not responsible if a third party obtains and exploits your password and account login and abuses your account. If we have reason to suspect that a third party has stolen the customer's registration information, password, and/or Eajewel account login information, we will cancel and terminate the account and notify the customer via email or phone.
5.3 We may modify information or registration requirements from time to time for the needs of new orders. The website will publish such modification notices. For more details on how we use your personal information, please refer to our privacy policy.
5.4 If there are any changes to the information you provide to this website, please log in to your account, change this information directly on the website, or notify us (via the email address displayed on the website).
6. Use of the website
6.1. You can only use this website for legitimate purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws of HK and regulations regarding your use of this website.
6.2. You shall not attempt to violate the security of this website, including but not limited to:
6.2.1 Accessing data that is not available for you to access;
6.2.2 Log in to servers or accounts that you are not authorized to access;
6.2.3 Detecting, scanning, or testing the vulnerabilities of the systems or networks used on this website;
6.2.4 Violation of the measures we have set for the security or authentication of this website; reach

7. Your Right To Cancel The Order
7.1 According to applicable laws of HK, you have the right to change your mind, terminate the contract, and return the product for a refund within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that:
(i) You must return the product in its original packaging (such as packaging boxes, cotton bags, anti damage labels, etc.) and return it in good condition and in a sellable state, with all relevant accessories, instructions, labels, gifts (if any), as well as documents and paper invoices (if any) attached; as well as
(ii) The seven (7) day return policy mentioned above does not apply to the following situations:
Due to your fault, the product was damaged
The product we shipped to you does not match
Product damage caused by improper transportation by the courier company (please contact the courier company for compensation)

7.2 If you exercise your right to cancel the order in accordance with Article 7.1.
7.3 If you wish to return the product in accordance with Article 7.1, we will provide a shipping address to collect the product you wish to return. For this, you can inquire by sending an email, and our customer service staff will arrange the date and time to collect your product. You must allow us to have our cooperative courier service company collect the products within seven (7) days after you inform us that you have changed your mind and wish to terminate the contract. We will issue a refund based on the payment method you used to purchase the product after it has passed the inspection specified in Article 7.5.
7.4 If you do not allow us to collect the products in accordance with clause 7.3 after notifying us of your decision to cancel the contract, we cannot accept returns or refunds.
7.5 Returned products will be inspected by us to ensure that they are in good condition and meet the requirements of Article 7.1 for sale. Any product that fails the inspection will be returned to you and you will not receive a product refund. Please be careful when storing the product.
7.6 If you purchase our products for someone else, the right to terminate the contract can only be exercised by yourself in accordance with Article 7, and cannot be exercised by the product recipient under any circumstances.
7.7 The rights stipulated in Article 7 do not affect your legal rights regarding defective products.

Subject to the above provisions, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages, the total liability we bear to you under these Terms of Service for any order shall not exceed one hundred percent (100%) of the service fee of your service order in any circumstance. In any case, exclude any indirect, incidental, moral, and/or punitive damages.
8.5 If you violate these terms of service or our instructions to send products to us, you shall bear any and all risks and costs related to this, and we shall not be liable for any responsibility. In this case, we are not responsible for any risks and/or damage, destruction, theft or loss of the product (including during the process of sending the product to us).
