Return Policy

At Eajewel(hereinafter referred to as "this website", "we"), we strive to provide users with the best shopping experience and the best products. We understand that the situation may change and you may need to apply for a return and refund. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing


1.Return and refund eligibility

1.1 Time limit: Return and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after you receive the product. After this deadline, we will not be able to process any return or refund requests.

1.2 Product: The product itself, anti-counterfeiting label, accessories, gifts, warranty card, original packaging, and original sales documents should all be returned together without affecting secondary sales. Once you remove the anti-counterfeiting label, it will be deemed that you have finally accepted the product and waived the no reason return service and the exchange service we provide

1.3 Exchange: If the product you purchased on this website does not match the product listed in your order, or if there are any product quality issues, please contact our customer service personnel immediately for a return, repair, or replacement. 

Please note that if any of the following situations occur, we have the right to refuse/close your exchange request, and you acknowledge and agree to accept this arrangement.

1.3.1 Changes in inventory and/or price adjustments of exchanged goods;

1.3.2 The exchanged goods have not passed the quality inspection;

1.3.3 You failed to provide us with products that meet the exchange requirements at the agreed pickup time, resulting in a failed pickup;

1.3.4. Other situations that we have negotiated with you.

Note: Each product that meets the exchange requirements can only be exchanged once. After receiving the exchanged item, you can still apply for a return according to our website's return policy.

1.4 Quality inspection: All returns must undergo quality inspection before being accepted. If any of the following situations occur, the return will not be accepted:

1.4.1 We are not responsible for any product damage or depreciation caused by improper wearing or storage of the product, or any modifications or changes made to the product by you or a third party. This is not a product quality issue;

1.4.2 If the product is worn, damaged, altered, missing accessories, or any situation that affects secondary sales;

1.4.3 If the returned product has had its anti-counterfeiting label removed (if any);

1.4.4 Public authorities intervene and determine that the seven day no reason return policy may not apply;

1.4.5 Other situations stipulated by laws and regulations that do not apply to the seven day no reason return policy.


2.How to apply for a return or refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to apply for a return or refund, please follow the steps below:

2.1 Contact us: Contact our customer service team to apply for a refund.

2.2 Provide detailed information: including your account details, order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.

2.3 Submit within 7 days: Ensure that your request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product (please refer to section 1.1).

2.4 Sending out the product: You must return the original product based on the shipping address and recipient information provided by our customer service team, and ensure that the original product meets the quality inspection requirements (please refer to sections 1.2 and 1.4).


3. Process refunds

3.1 After receiving your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the refund result as soon as possible. If approved, your refund will be refunded through your original payment method.

3.2 If you are using a Visa/Mastercard/American Express credit card, we will deposit the refund into your original payment card;

3.3 If you use other payment methods, please contact our 24/7 online customer service for refund inquiries.

Note: Please note that refunds deposited into a Visa card may take up to 30 days to appear on your bill.


4. Handling exchanges

4.1 After receiving your exchange request, we will review it and notify you of the exchange result as soon as possible. If approved for exchange, you need to return the product first (please refer to Article 2 for details).

4.2 After completing section 2.4, our customer service personnel will contact you to confirm the shipping address again. Please confirm in a timely manner. If you do not confirm within 24 hours, we will send the new product to the address you filled in when placing the order. We are not responsible for any losses as a result.


5. Return shipping fee

5.1 If the return is due to quality issues with our product itself, or if we send the wrong product, the shipping cost will be borne by us.

5.2 If the reason for return is caused by the customer, the customer shall bear the shipping cost.


6. Cancel the order

6.1 If you cancel the order before we ship the product, you can receive a full refund of the payment.

6.2 If you cancel your order after we have already shipped the product, you will need to wait for us to contact the courier company. There are two situations:

6.2.1 Midway return: The courier company will intercept the product at the transfer station and return it to us. After receiving the product, we only need to deduct the corresponding shipping fee, and the remaining payment will be refunded to you via the original route.

6.2.2 Return at the destination. Due to the special nature of logistics, the product may not have been intercepted, so it needs to be returned by the original route after the product arrives at your shipping address. After we receive the product, we will deduct the return shipping fee, and the remaining payment will be returned to you by the original route.


7. Refund arrival time

After we agree to the refund, we will normally refund you immediately. Normal refund time is 3-5 working days.If you have not received the refund amount, it may be due to the following reasons:

7.1 Reasons for Holidays

Due to holidays, bank transactions, and other reasons, the refund process may take up to 30 days.

7.2 Reasons for Refusing Payment Application

If you choose to submit a credit card chargeback, your payment institution will freeze the funds until the application is confirmed. Please contact your bank or other relevant institution to learn about the refund processing policy.

We reserve the right to update our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and we recommend that you check regularly.
